About the Event
This is a 5 day event organised by the Open Academy of Caring Economics and OQ Consulting BV and Leapfrog2SD. It incorporates presentations, lectures, lively discussions & activities to shape the economies of the future.
The places are limited as we aim to create a community-like atmosphere where everybody can voice their opinion and can be heard. We have invited speakers in several different fields who will tell us about the current economic paradigm, why it is unsustainable and how it will need to change in order to accommodate for a healthy planet and social communities.
As part of the event the Award Winning film "Normal is Over" will be presented too. It talks about the challenges of the 21st century and the need for a paradigm shift towards sustainable thinking and living. The producer of the film Renée Scheltema will also be present to discuss the film and the concepts behind it.
This is a dynamic event designed to bring clarity regarding the world we live in from an economic perspective and to spark discussion & creative thinking about the changes that need to be made in our thinking, working, living, consumption habits, use of resources - almost every aspect of human life.
Your registration will be confirmed after having bought your ticket for the event.

PLEASE NOTE:
Accommodation is NOT included in the price of the Summer School Event. It needs to be booked separately and is priced per room / apartment / studio.
Alcohol is NOT included in the price of the Summer School Event.
People not registered for the event can attend the movie screening. The price for the ticket is €15.

REGISTRATION:
You can pay in any one of the following ways:
Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro
PayPal: Please note, you do NOT need to have a PayPal account or balance on your account if you have one, to pay through the PayPal platform. PayPal now processes card payments just like any other payment portal. If you prefer to pay through the PayPal platform but don't have a PayPal account or fund on it, simply select "Don't have a PayPal account" during the Checkout process and you will be redirected to a page that allows you to input your card details. The payment will then be processed just like on any other platform. Cards accepted on the PayPal platform are Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay directly to the bank account of the venue, please send an e-mail to hello@world-house.eu, specifying Summer School and the preferred ticket, and you will receive the details of the bank account of the venue by e-mail. As soon as the venue has received your payment, you will receive your ticket via e-mail.
