The below outlines the cancellation and refund policy for bookings of EVENT TICKETS at World House Wetten:

 

  • Our cancellation and absentee policy will apply only once your registration has been confirmed by World House Wetten.

  • A confirmed registration is when you have successfully purchased a ticket and completed the payment.

  • We will acknowledge your payments and send you our receipt by email.

  • Any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to an event start date will qualify for a 100% refund.

  • If the cancellation is between 29 to 14 days prior to an event start date 80% refund of the payment will be applied.

  • Cancellations up to 8 days before an event starts will qualify for a 50% refund.

  • Only 25% of the registration payment will be refunded in case of cancelling your participation in the week before an event starts.

  • No refund will be issued for absence during an event without notice.

  • World House Wetten reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for any other reason. In this case all customers will be informed by email as soon as possible and 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.
