The below outlines the cancellation and refund policy for bookings of EVENT TICKETS or OVERNIGHT STAYS at World House Wetten:

  • Our cancellation and absentee policy will apply only once your registration or booking has been confirmed by World House Wetten.

  • A confirmed registration is when you have successfully purchased a ticket and completed the payment or we confirmed your booking through email or phone. 


  • We will acknowledge your payments and send you our receipt by email.

  • Any cancellation made more than 30 days prior to an event start date or date of arrival will qualify for a 100% refund.

  • If the cancellation is between 29 to 14 days prior to an event start date or date of arrival 80% refund of the payment will be applied.

  • Cancellations between 13 to 8 days before an event starts or date of arrival will qualify for a 50% refund.

  • Only 25% of the registration payment will be refunded in case of cancelling your participation 7 days before an event starts or date of arrival.

  • No refund will be issued for absence during an event without notice or no show.  

  • World House Wetten reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for any other reason. In this case all customers will be informed by email as soon as possible and 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.
